Time to get on the bike! Using a full range of tempos and music to get the most out of a good session. Mixing in hill climbs, endurance rides and some pace to get a complete ride. Why not try Jem’s 80’s 90’s Disco spin with the feel of a party with her disco lights, You will also get the added arm movements in to receive a full body workout on the bike.

Extreme Spin

Maximise your cardiovascular fitness by climbing heavy hills and sprinting fast. The session has mixed climbs and descents using powerful music and Tabata style approach to training on a bike.

ZUMBA

Chris

Zumba is an interval-style dance fitness party that combines low-intensity and high intensity moves. You’ll burn lots of calories as you move to the rhythm with Latin-inspired dance moves. The best part of all is that it doesn’t even feel like a workout.

H.I.I.T

Poppy

Targeting all major muscle groups using a Tabata style workout (20 seconds intervals of medium to high intensity exercises, followed by 10 second rest) focusing on a range of fitness components including strength, endurance, balance and agility. Often set up as a circuit to mix things up and offer variety so can be adjusted to each individual.

FITSTEPS

Fitsteps is an energetic, upbeat dance fitness class featuring all of your favourite strictly dances. It is designed to give real, measurable fitness results. Its is suitable for all ages and abilities and you don’t need a partner. Suitable for all levels.

HIGH INTENSITY CIRCUITS & HIIT TONE

A circuit based 45-minute working targeting the whole body. The workout uses combination of body weight and free weights/ It is based on a Tabata style approach (working hard for a short period of time with short rests in-between) Individuals can adapt their workout by lowering the repetitions and weight.

FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH TRAINING

A system of activities that includes training the body to perform daily activities. This is a system of physical exercises that harmoniously develops all physical qualities (strength, endurance, speed, agility and flexibility) this improves the standard of living and increases good health.

SEASONAL CIRCUITS

This class will look to bring circuit training to our portfolio but with the added use of our outside areas as well as the studio. This is a must for those looking to benefit from cardio and stretching building combined with core strength. Short exercises with rest intervals in-between. Exercising at your own pace with no pressure, lower options shown throughout. Suitable for all levels.

KETTLEBELL & ABS

Kettlebells can provide a great cardio and strength training workout. The movements involve the entire body and work on areas such as balance and coordination.

A full body workout that aims to tone up areas of your thighs, bottom and stomach, great for those who wants to lose weight or even for those who simply want to improve their fitness levels.

ENergique functional 45

Jack

Endurafit is mainly a cardio-based body weight exercise class. Groups of exercises are performed continuously with a set number of repetitions completed within a set time. Suitable for all levels.

Aqua Aerobics, sometimes known as Aqua fit, Aqua fitness, Water Aerobics or Aquacise is a type of resistance training where you follow a series of aerobic moves in our heated indoor swimming pool, for a full body workout designed to tone, improve stamina, and burn fat. Suitable for all levels.

Yoga is a system of practices, used to balance the mind and body through exercise, meditation (focusing thoughts) and control of breathing. It will help to improve your flexibility, balance, and attain tranquillity in the mind and spirit.

Our group energy healing sessions align and balances energy, allowing participants to release negative energy and charge with positivity. The whole hour of entire relaxation, including a guided meditation to release negative feelings, help set positive intentions and thoughts to guide you through your journey. Energy healing classes can also increase your confidence and help you build a deeper connection with yourself; enhance your wellbeing, giving you the opportunity to celebrate what makes you unique.

You may notice your sleep improves, your communication becomes stronger, headaches decrease and your mood balances.

Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility, strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being.

STRETCH & FLEXIBILITY

A set of gentle exercises that keep muscles functioning properly and improve range of motion, flexibility and mobility, reducing tightness and ultimately making your workouts more efficient and safe. It can benefit both your short-term and your long-term range of motion.

Fusion Flow

A fusion of Tai Chi, Pilates and Yoga that flow together creating a balance of flexibility, strength, core, stretching and relaxation.
